Second Tiny Teaser for THE CURE FOR DREAMING

As the cover reveal for The Cure for Dreaming gets closer (approximately mid-April), I'm sharing occasional sneak peeks of lines from the novel. Here's your tiny teaser for today, a short excerpt from Chapter Three . . .

“I keep reading about that lunatic of a woman, Carrie Nation—the old hag who’s smashing up saloons in Kansas with stones and bricks and billiard balls.” Father stared me down with probing brown eyes that themselves resembled billiard balls. “Do you ever harbor urges to commit violent acts against men?”

Thank you, Carina! ARCS and Netgalley copies should be ready by summer, so hopefully it won't be too much longer before you can read the entire book. :)

I'm loving these teasers, Cat! As if I wasn't already excited enough to read The Cure for Dreaming :) If you want to keep these coming I would certainly have no objection to that! ;)
(In all my excitement I typed too fast and left typos... oops!)

Thank you, Jess! I'll post two or three more teasers before the cover reveal--which sounds like it will be happening April 17!
